I've just started my life as a college grad and, after quite a long time at DA, I think I'm gonna basically stop participating here other than submitting for the purpose of archival.

I feel that DA, just like most things out there, is a great place for certain people, but not for others. I've been the proverbial square peg trying to pass through a round hole for quite some time and it's starting to be clear how futile it is.

For others that may read this, some places I seem to feel fit me better are sites like 'K10K' (www.k10k.net) and 'Design is Kinky' (www.designiskinky.com). You may wanna check these places out regardless of your loyalties/opinions of DA since they just kick so much ass.

To everyone I've gotten to know here, send me an email sometime just to say hi, it'd be awesome to keep in touch.

So I was looking at my traffic logs when I see my top two referrer URL's are the following:

So I go to look at just what the hell this is when I see two teen-angst diary sites with one of them having Mark Wahlberg and my piece on the page....

Has that what it has come to? My illustrations being plastered up on a "depressed" early-teenager's site adjacent to a teen heart-throb? I'm trembling uncontrolably right at this moment...

This just confirms my conviction that I WILL NEVER DO ANOTHER ANGSTY ILLUSTRATION AGAIN. Let me repeat, I WILL NEVER DO ANOTHER ANGSTY ILLUSTRATION AGAIN.

Well, I thought I might as well get some credit for the work since they just href-ed it from my server so I put my name and site on the pic. Sorry girls, I ain't gonna have a shit-fit about this, but I am gonna let people know that I did it.

On second hand, if the people viewing those pages are anything like the people making those pages, do I really want them to know I did it? Hmmmm.....
